Booking Policy

No Call No Show Policy

We at Studio Spf are aware that occasionally you may need to cancel. Please call or leave a message if you are unable to keep an appointment so that we can book your spot. You will be CHARGED for the COMPLETE service if you fail to comply. Thank you. 

Cancellation Policy 

Appointments must be canceled no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time. If you do not cancel your appointment within 24 hours, your card on file will be charged half the price of the service.

Late Policy

There is a 10-minute late policy. After 10 minutes you will be charged a late fee of $10 which will be added to your remaining balance.

After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled in which your deposit of $15 will be forfeited

Payment Methods

Deposits

There will be a $15 deposit required at the time of booking, which can be paid by adding your credit/debit card information. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE.

NO Child Policy

We understand that bringing your children to the studio during your service may be convenient or even necessary at times, but at SPF we feel that children who attend their parents’ appointments at the studio pose a safety issue. We work with hot tools, chemicals, and other equipment in the studio and we do not have an area designated for children, nor do we have staff that can keep an eye on them while you receive your service. If something were to happen to your child at our studio, it would be devastating to you and your family, as well as ours. For this reason, we ask that parents visit our studio without their children unless the child has an appointment. During their appointment, the child must be accompanied by parent at all times.

 

Please understand that our concern is for the safety of your child, for other guests, and for our staff. We have the upmost respect for our parent clients and understand that this may be an inconvenience. Thank you for understanding!
